Bigoli - a restaurant of the Italian home cuisine in the Kyiv centre.
The basis of the restaurant cuisine is the freshest pasta, prepared directly in the restaurant, from great Italian meal. The menu of the restaurant offers top positions which are occupied by a delicious spaghetti bolognese, Pappardelle with seafood, ravioli with rabbit, tagliatelle with porcini, four cheese risotto, risotto with porcini, pizza Neapolitana, homemade tiramisu and panna cotta with strawberry jam, preparing of which is based on Italian home recipes.
Be sure to try the house specialty - Bigoli with duck, popular pasta in Venice, on the basis of buckwheat meal and duck eggs.
The peculiarity of the restaurant is Mozzarella-bar - fresh mozzarella, mozzarella di Bufalo, Burrata and Strachatella are delivered twice a week from Italy. Mozzarella can be combined with any garnish, to be dear to the guest’s taste - Italian sausages, tomatoes with pesto sauce and basil, spicy roasted peppers.
There is the gourmet shop in the restaurant, where guests can buy pasta cooked in a restaurant, olives, sun dried tomatoes, Italian cheeses and sausages, pastry, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and other Italian delicacies.
The restaurant is open at 8am for breakfast: scrambled eggs or an omelet from organic eggs at option with spinach, Italian sausages; frittata with vegetables and cheese; cheese cakes from cottage cheese with sour cream, ricotta with sour cream, organic yogurt with honey and granola, and of course delicious coffee with croissants.
