If previously you never had a chance to taste the real Oriental cuisine, then you are welcomed to the Karavan restaurant. Pleasant music, tempting aroma of kalian and beautiful girls performing the real Oriental dances – nothing else but a fairy-tale! The real Uzbek pilaf is represented here in seven diversified variants: traditional Navroz pilaf with selected lamb, barberry, apple, garlic and Uzbek spirit, Tashkent pilaf, Zolotye Barhany pilaf, and pilaf made of Chungara rice with gentle veal meat and prune is called Chigatay. Gourmands will have a chance to taste pilaf made of white rice, with chicken, onion, carrot and Uzbek jeera – Dzhanat-Osh, an exclusive offer — Smarkandskiy pilaf made of Gissar sheep breed with Nokhat peas, apple and Uzbek species, and Shovla pilaf made of lamb with Dev-jeera rice.
