Entrance into the restaurant – a big stone arch – is a lucky mascot: if one stands beneath it and makes a wish, it should come true. We tried to use in the interior only natural materials: bricks, wood, refined lacework of comfortable wrought furniture resembles those easy deliberate times. And the whole family had the dinner around the huge table where there was a place for both guests and neighbors. The logical center of the main hall is formed by the barrels with wine, as it should be in the Georgian restaurant. A little further is a show stove where a chief cook will prepare khachapuri for you. And the light freshness of our summer porch… What can be better than to spread over a white sofa, in the park, among greenery and the chant of birds, and inhale the aromatic smoke of kalian? With tea and delicate Arab sweets? Ah, the luxurious bliss of the Orient… Menu Menu covers the whole Caucasus – dolma, shurpa, lobio, mutton pie, Uzbek pilaf, khachapuri, shashlik, kebab and many other dishes, appetizing and tasty in a family way. For every dish the chefs have invented an original serving: hot dishes are served in the frizzing frying pans, shashliks go to table directly from chargrill in skewers, and aromatic pilaf as well as fragrant shurpa will be prepared in huge pots right in the hall! To groups of friends the chief cook of the restaurant Tristan Arabuli offers to try the specialities – bulky jars filled with tasty walnut sauce or stewed vegetables, stuffed pepper or pork ribs, homemade wine or fruit drink. For desert you’ll get such an airy baklava that you’d like to return here again and again. Or it will be the taste of childhood - the taste of lemonade prepared in siphon?
