Here there are almost no ethnic attributes – everywhere the genuine Oriental laconism exists which calls for  relaxation and discovering the mysteries of the Indian cuisine.  The menu of the restaurant covers the gastronomic conception of the  “new Indian cuisine” where fine combinations of products and complicated cocktails of spices acquire pleasant and natural lightness.

You will be offered to choose between two variants of dish preparation: traditional, with a lot of  spices – for those who like racy sensations, and light, "European" variant – will suite guests with the classical tastes.

One more peculiar feature of Nirvana restaurant is the availability of Tandoori stoves. Here you will always have a chance to observe how your shashlik, kebab or traditional Indian flat cakes are getting prepared.
