Slavutych Shato brewery

Description

Three sorts of unfiltered beer: SLAVUTYCH SRIBNE — light beer, SLAVUTYCH ZOLOTE — classic beer, and also SLAVUTYCH PLATINOVE — stronger and more consistent beer, — they are not only nice to taste, but it’s also interesting to observe the brewing process — production shop is separated from the hall by the glass wall.  Original drink recipes were developed by  Slavutych  Company technologists on the basis of German traditions specifically for Slavutych Shato brewery.

During beer production only selected imported hop and barley malt, and specially prepared water are used.  The drink is not bottled, it is issued in limited number and is not produced by anybody else, except for Slavutych SHATO brewery.  

Good and varied cuisine is combined with the best sorts of beer. The menu covers the real Bavarian sausages, aisban (pork shin), bigos, boiled crayfish and shrimps, wide choice of cold dish and  desserts. Dishes from the main menu can be ordered day and night. Kalian is available from 8 p.m. Beer restaurant can accommodate 162 persons and is divided into several areas:  big hall, three banquette halls, and bar.
