Some people miss mayonnaise in the bottle,  slot machines with the gas water, pioneer scarfs and May demonstrations, others in terror recall about the block-long lines for deficit goods… However all of us miss the best aspects of the Soviet time which are collected at the amazing Spotykach restaurant in the capital.  

When you get into Spotykach, it seems like you find yourself in the 60^’s of the last century, and you become the guest of the previous period of thaw and big hopes. Every interior detail brings you warm memories about childhood, school years, first love…

This place is often visited by the capital citizens in order to have a hearty chat and drink 100 grams shot from  the sweated table glasses accompanied by the correct snack. In the varied restaurant menu you will find everything you are looking for:  classic tasty Mimoza salads, vinaigrettes and Olivier salads, pickled mushrooms,  herring with anchovy, home sausages, real Ukrainian borshch, pancakes and vareniki, as well as the main dish of the Slavic table -  legendary chicken Kiev cutlets!

Walking within the halls, you are inspired with the special mood, peculiar to each of them. The first hall has comfortable sofas and wears the proud name Khrustalnyi, due to the plenty of the famous Czech crystal glass  (capacity – 35 persons). Hostinaya hall (capacity - 45 persons) is characterized by warmth and home atmosphere. And in Kabinetnyi hall you’ll find comfortable rooms  (for 5-7 guests) for the rest and having a talk in a close circle.

Here everybody will find his favorite table, and choose the most popular menu items. There is no doubt that Spotykach is able not only to catch up but also to surpass, however at the beginning it will show itself off!
