Buratto cheese with antipasti, canneloni from tomatoes, baby-mix salad with gorgonzola, walnuts and grapes, cold gaspacho soup, cauliflower cream soup, spinach cream soup with poached quail eggs.
Among main courses – steamed salmon in vegetable mosaic, dorado filet in sesame seeds with spinach, back of the Norwegian salmon with cream sauce and horseradish, risotto with cauliflower, rack of the New Zealand lamb with green salad and couscous.
